Moffussil Bus Station, a KSRTC Sub Urban Bus Stand Complex in Mysore having a bus station cum commercial space is the biggest property management project we have been successfully managing since 2010. We have undertaken a long term contract and made all the essential arrangements to create a commercial atmosphere here which is now one of the most successful bus stations in Karnataka.
Since 2010 we have been maintaining the entire bus station and the accompanying commercial space which is one of the largest commercial space of KSRTC in Karnataka. As of now, we have sublet 45 outlets and Reliance has opened its largest store in karnataka at this premise.

Munaf Poovathan Kandi is the Managing Director of one of our sister concerns, Prime Shelters, an asset management company based in Mysuru (Mysore), India. Prime Shelter manages the commercial space at KSRTC Central Bus Station in Mysuru. Munaf’s diligence has been instrumental in making this a successful venture for us.
Like many in his family, including brother Ashraf PK, our MD, and their father Yousuf Poovathan Kandi (PKY) who was also a successful businessman in his own right, Munaf has a good head for business. He holds a Masters Degree in chemistry, but his passion is always in retail industry, which inherited from his family rerouted his career to business. His entrepreneurship and commercial acumen in new business development make him a big asset for the company going forward.
